NAU / DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES IN ENGINEERING / According to my term design I have wall footings from precast rabble concrete footing is 2400, 1200, 800 mm. So as foundation is below the level of underground water we should made vertical damp course to pavement. We made also a damp course of two layers of bituminous felt bounded with asphaltic mastic on the mark -0.800 mm. In my term design outwall material is prefabricate concrete panels, namely single wall panel. Thickness of exterior walls is determined in view of strength and heat-technical requirements and is 350 mm, thickness of interior walls are 160 mm. In my project I designed roof with cold attic and bitumen roofing. Composition: precast roof slab; cement-sand screed M100; bitumen mastic; light colors gravel bounded in bitumen. There are 3 apartments in typical floor. / 3 of the drawings sheet + explanatory note.
