When starting to dig foundation trench, stability of slope should be paid more attention to. When non-natural step-slope excavation starts, the encasing of foundation trench should be specially designed, and the original break ground should not be changed. Unless, the parts disturbed should have the treatment of C15 rubble and concrete pouring in order to get to the designed elevation; the design, construction and supervisor parties should agree if using other method, mechanical digging should follow relevant regulations, 200mm thickness of soil layer should be reserved for hand excavation.
Before foundation construction, drill exploration and trench inspection should be conducted. If the earth quality does not conform to geology report, construction, design, and supervisor parties should have a joint consultation to discuss the treatment method.
100mm thickness, C15 concrete mat layer should be set under concrete foundation slab (except the noted ones), the width around the mat layer of the base is 100mm wider than that of the base.
Both sides of backfill should be at the same time after foundation construction, the backfill located under the base and equipment foundation, ground, wash apron foundation, step foundation must be tamped layer by layer, the thickness of each layer is no more than 300mm, pressure coefficient should be 0.94 or above.
Water cement ratio should be controlled strictly during construction, Strengthen maintenance and take reasonable construction process.
