In the building design shallow foundations were used, the total depth of FL and blocks is equal to -1.909, according to calculations with the use of soil freezing depth.
There were used 3 types of foundation blocks, with sizes: FB 12.6.6; FB 9.6.6; FB 6.6.6, with amounts 110, 8 and 6 respectively. In the foundation plan there is given a places with reinforcement (Area 4). Detailed foundation plan is illustrated on the page 4 of course work.
Bearing walls are located on the centre of inner axes’, total wight of bearing walls is 380mm, and they’re made of clinker brick.
A total plan of cover plates is give on the 5 page of course work. There were used 8 types of cover plates.
In the construction of the roof there was decided to use cold roof type. According to it, the plates under the roof were covered with mineral wool Isover insulating layer (90mm). Calculations of the insulating layer is given in the part 4 of the report.
The floor of the roof is consist of reinforced concrete with the thickness δ = 0.048 m, waterproofing membrane the thickness δ = 0.0015 m; mineral wool Isover insulating layer with thickness 90mm, and a plate with thickness 220mm.
Stairs are constructed with threads 250mm with length 1700mm, riser 200mm.
There are different types of doors and windows used in the project.
Doors: D1 with sizes 700x2000, D2 with sizes 800x2000, D3 with sizes 1500x2000, D4 with sizes 1600x2000, D5 with sizes 1400x2000.
Windows: W1 2100X1500; W2 700X1500.
Exterior design is provided by facing of the outer walls with wooden blocks, color of them is white or beige. The color of the doors and windows is dark brown.
Designed house is appropriate for long-term living, it is convenient for a big family, the yard is great for family meetings and etc. A great insulating layer will safe the house from winds. The depth of foundation is safe, and also covered with vapour insulating layer, so there will be no moisture in the floor layers. The house is located near the center so it would be easy to be connected with the city.
